ADALIO, Alfreda (Pikor), 92, passed away peacefully on surrounded by her family on November 6,
2023, at the Stillwater Nursing Facility in Greenville, RI. She was the
beloved wife of the late Louis Adalio. Born in Central Falls, she was a
daughter of the late John Pikor and wife Mary (Baron Pikor). She was a
resident of the Stillwater Nursing Home for the past 3 years. Alfreda
leaves 1 daughter Patricia A. Estrela and her husband Luis of
Chepachet, 3 sons Stephen Adalio and his wife Leslie of Florida, John S.
Adalio and his wife Alyson of Slatersville, and Stanley M. Adalio and his
wife Vivian of East Providence. She also leaves 11 grandchildren and 17
great grandchildren with whom she enjoyed spending time with. She is
preceded in death by her brothers Steve and Joseph Pikor and her sister
Francis (Pikor) Thibeault.
Funeral services will be held November 10, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. from
the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home, 342 High Street Central
Falls, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church 32 Lawn Avenue Pawtucket, RI.
Relatives and friends are welcome to
attend. Burial will be in the
Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
The family of Alfreda wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff at
Stillwater Nursing Facility for the love and care of Alfreda during her nearly
three years as a resident. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Izzy Foundation at Hasbro Children's Hospital.
