ANNETTE M. (MOREAU) GAUTREAUX

Annette M. Gautreaux, of Bristol RI, died October 26, 2022. She was 99.  Born in Central Falls, RI to Ernest and Eva Moreau, Annette was the middle of 7 children.  She was married to Larry Gautreaux the love of her life for over 76 years, who predeceased her by 31 days.  They met in Hawaii in 1945 while serving in the Navy during WWII.  Annette served as a WAVE and Larry a Sea Bee.  For almost four years, they have resided under the care of the Bristol Veterans Home.  Besides raising her family, Annette also worked at Howell Smith Pharmacy in Pawtucket.  She and Larry loved traveling the country, camping, and enjoying their family and friends. They were lifelong parishioners of St. Cecilia’s Church in Pawtucket.  She and Larry have seven children (Lawrence Jr., Michael, David, Russell, Don, Nancy Harritos, and John along with 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many cherished daughter and son in-laws.  Her final resting place will be with Larry at the RI Veterans Cemetery with services there on Dec 10th at 10am.
