CYNTHIA SZUMILA Obituary

Cynthia M. Szumila passed away Sunday October 15, 2023. She was the loving wife of Stanley J. Szumila. They were married for seventy years.

Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late John and Stella (Kulik) Kulik.

Mrs. Szumila was employed at the former New England Telephone and Telegraph Company of Pawtucket, and was also employed as an Assistant Activities Director at the former Carties Health Center in Central Falls.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving daughter Cheryl Santos of Central Falls, three grandchildren, Caitlin Culbertson, James Santos and his girlfriend Arianna and Bradley Santos. She was the mother of the late Annmarie Culbertson and Stephen Szumila.

Her Funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 Am from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Relatives and Friends are welcome to attend.
