Carolyn H. (Boday) Rattey

NORTH PORT, FL. - Carolyn H. Rattey 75, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 from natural causes while vacationing in Europe. She was the beloved wife of Donald Rattey Sr. , for forty nine years. Born in Pawtucket she was a daughter of the late Michael M. and Helen P. Boday. Before retiring Carol was employed by Sears (RI and MA)for forty years retiring in May of 2016. Besides her husband she is survived by three sons, Joseph Marshall (Peggy) of East Providence, Michael Marshall of Providence, and Donald Marshall (Joy) of Johnston, four daughters, Kathy Marshall (Marc) of Pawtucket, Tracey Marshall of Warwick, Lori Colvin of Florida, and Kim Parkinson (Steve) of Seekonk. Carol was the mother of the late Chris Marshall. She was blessed with twelve grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren as well as two brothers Michael J. Boday of Cumberland and Robert Boday of Providence and her beloved pet, Lord Milo of Florida. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday July 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls.
