ERVIN W. KMIEC
Obituary
Pawtucket - Ervin W. Kmiec 97, passed away Friday June 23, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Aniela "Nancy" (Losiewicz) Kmiec and the companion of Edna Kingsley for thirty-three years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Alexander and Agnieszka (Kopcynski) Kmiec. Mr. Kmiec was employed as an Electrical Foreman at Rhode Island Hospital for twenty years before retiring. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving during WWII. He received the World War II Victory Medal, American Theatre Medal, and the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Medal.
He is survived by his loving daughter Nancy A. Miller and her husband David of Pawtucket, two granddaughters Kristin Relihan and her husband Padraic of Swansea MA and Katie Soave and her husband Joseph of East Providence, one great-granddaughter Hunter M. Relihan. He was the father of the late Joseph A. Kmiec.
His Funeral with Military honors will be held Thursday June 29, 2023 at 8:30 AM from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls. Relatives and Friends are welcome to attend. Calling Hours Wednesday June 28, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
