HENRY DOBOSZ

On January 21, 2025 Henry Peter Dobosz peacefully left this earth in the care of Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence, RI. Henry was born in Tarnow, Poland and was the son of the late Pawel Dobosz and Leokadia Kostrzewa, and the brother of the late Kazimierz (Charlie) Dobosz. He lived most of his life in Pawtucket, RI.

He graduated from Tolman High School in 1967 where he participated in Chorus, Dramatics Club and the Photography Club. He continued his education in the Fine Arts in Providence. His greatest gifts were his love for all, his keen intelligence and humor, and a dignified presence that radiated calmness and joy.

He will be greatly missed by his loving nieces: Diane Green (goddaughter) of Saline, Michigan; Kendra Dobosz; Alysia Dargie of Gorham, Maine. His great-nephew Logan Green of Saline, Michigan and great-nieces Leah and Claire Dargie of Gorham, Maine. As well as his beloved aunt Aniela Bielat and uncle Wlodzimierz Bielat of Pawtucket, RI, and his cousins Jolanta Alberty of Portsmouth, RI and (goddaughter) Lucyna Bielat of Brooklyn, NY.

And dozens of cousins across the United States, Montreal, and Poland that he loved so very dearly.

His Funeral will be held Saturday January 25, 2025 at 8:00 AM from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
