Pawtucket - Jeanne G. Plociak 98, passed away Friday June 7, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Matthew J Plociak Sr.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Gertrude (Baris) Collette.
Mrs. Plociak worked as a Cashier for Stop & Shop of Pawtucket for 18 years and was also an Avon Lady for many years. She also ran bus trips to Foxwoods for Fogarty Manor for 9 years.
She is survived by three loving daughters, Patricia A. Hebert of Attleboro, Janet J. Houle of Pawtucket and Joanne J. Stojek and her fiance David Watson of Pawtucket, three loving sons Matthew J. Plociak Jr. and his wife Peppy Dubno of New York City, Michael D. Plociak and David R. Plociak both of Pawtucket, six grandchildren, Anna Plociak, Joel and Nicole Coviello, Kyle Stojek, and Holly and Justin Hebert, eight great-grandchildren, three sisters, Stella Sweet, Constance Johnson both of Central Falls and Marguerite Pike of Pawtucket. She was the sister of the late Leo, Richard, Robert, and Adolph Jr, Collette, Gloria Joachim and Rita Manley.
Her Funeral will be held Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 8:30 AM from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Calling Hours will be held Tuesday June 11, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Relatives and Friends are welcome to attend.
