JOSEPH ZUKOWSKI

94, passed away Tuesday July 12, 2022 at Hope Hospice Care of Rhode Island.

Born in Pawtucket, RI he was a son of the late Zygmunt and Honorata (Polak) Zukowski. He lived in Pawtucket, RI his entire life.

He was a WWII Army Veteran serving as a Sergeant with I Company 39th Infantry Regiment  9th Infantry Division.

He received his Bachelors Degree from Bryant College.

Before his retirement Joseph was employed by the Federal Government as an Inspector for the Defense Department.

He is survived by one brother Stanley Zukowski and his wife Jane of California, nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Irene Lieberman.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday July 15, 2022 in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls, RI at 10:00 a.m.
