Ronald "Ronnie" Mulvey, 66, passed away on January 16, 2025 at his home in Cumberland, RI. He
was born in Melrose, MA, to George F. Mulvey and Miriam Dot (Millar) Mulvey, and was the
youngest of three boys. He grew up in Milford, MA, and graduated from Milford High School, Class of
1976. After graduation, Ronnie followed in his father's footsteps by joining the U.S. Navy, where he
served for four years as an Electronics Technician.
Following his honorable discharge from the Navy, Ronnie worked as a field serviceman for LTX-
Credence Corporation until his retirement. Due to the nature of his job, he traveled extensively for
work and eventually resettled in Livermore, CA, where he met his future wife, Kelly A. "Babe "Forbes.
Together, they owned and operated a bar in Livermore called Babe’s Place. After Kelly's passing in
2021 and his retirement, Ronnie returned to New England to be closer to his family in his final years.
Ronnie is predeceased by his wife of 17 years. He is survived by his two older brothers, George F.
Mulvey of Uxbridge, MA, and William K. Mulvey of Millville, MA; his four nieces and nephews, Tanya
Mulvey of North Smithfield, RI, Felicia DiMuccio of Cumberland, RI, and Christopher and Brandon
Mulvey of Millville, MA; as well as three great-nephews and two great-nieces.
At his request, there will be no funeral or memorial services.
