SHIRLEY L. (PLAISTED) DAVIS

Shirley L. Davis 88, passed away Saturday January 7, 2023 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas A. Davis Sr.

Born in Des Moines, Iowa she was a daughter of the late Wilber and Geneiva (Burton) Plaisted. She lived most of her adult life in Rhode Island.

Before retiring Shirley was employed at the former Pawtucket Memorial Hospital for 20 years as an X-Ray Transcriptionist and prior to that she was employed at the former Notre Dame Hospital of Central Falls. RI.

She is survived by her loving family two daughters, Gina Pacheco and Kathy McKnight both of Pawtucket, RI, two sons Thomas A. Davis Jr. and Robert Schultz both of Cumberland, RI. She was the mother of the late Diana Preston.

A Private Funeral was held Friday January 13, 2023 at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery Exeter, RI.
