STANLEY M. GOLENIA

Stanley M. Golenia 72, of Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully at his home on Friday May 12, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Krystyna (Majkut) Golenia.

  Born in Grodzisko. Poland, he was the son of the late Boleslaw and Genowefa (Matuszek) Golenia.

   Stanley and his family emigrated from Poland in 1966 to the United States. At the young age of 15, Stanley pursued hard work and education. He graduated from Johnson and Wales in 1978 with a degree in accounting and business. Stanley was the President and CEO of Global Enterprises. He had many great achievements of which his most successful was his business, Global Tax Service, where he proudly served the community over 40 years.

    His genuine good nature and kindness was to help anyone in need. Stanley was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church in Central Falls, RI. He was dedicated to his church. family and community. He will be greatly missed by all the people he touched in his life.

    He is survived by his beloved son Peter Golenia and his wife Brandy of Hopkinton, MA, one granddaughter Mira G. Golenia, one sister Bonnie Costa and her husband Antonio of South Attleboro, two brothers Mitchell Golenia and his wife Teresa of North Providence and Michael Golenia and his wife Paula of Attleboro, nieces and nephews.

    His Funeral will be held Saturday May 20, 2023 at 9:30 AM from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High Street Central Falls with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls. Relatives and Friends are welcome to attend. Calling Hours Friday May 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
