STANLEY KOGUT

NORTH PROVIDENCE, RI - Stanley Kogut 95, passed away Tuesday October 6, 2020 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Maria A. (Gorak) Kogut.

     Born in Poland, he was a son of the late Marcin and Anna (Szczepanek) Kogut. He lived in North Providence, RI most of his life.

     Before retiring Mr. Kogut was employed as a Baker for the former Fernandes Supermarkets for many years. He retired as the Bakery Manager.

     He was a Veteran of the Korean conflict.

     Mr. Kogut is survived by one sister Jane Sarza and her husband Jerry of North Providence, RI and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Diane M. Kogut.

     His funeral with Military Honors was held Saturday October 10, 2020. Relatives and friends were welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church 391 High Street Central Falls, RI at 10:00 a.m. Burial was private.
