Stanislaw Sojka

PAWTUCKET - Stanislaw Sojka, 86, passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Antonina (Taraska) Sojka. Born in Dombrowa, Tarnowska, Poland he was a son of the late Jozef and Magdalena (Lezon) Sojka. He lived in Pawtucket for 33 years. Before retiring, he was employed as a braider for the former Carol Cable & Wire Co. of Lincoln for many years. Stanley is survived by his loving granddaughter Jessica Sojka and his daughter-in-law Beata Sojka both of Pawtucket. He also leaves nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Bogdan Sojka and the brother of the late Jan and Eugeniusz Sojka. The funeral for Mr. Sojka will be held Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. from the Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home 342 High St., Central Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, 391 High St., Central Falls, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend.
