Thomas A. Davis Sr.

PAWTUCKET - Thomas A. Davis Sr., 84, passed away Monday October 5, 2015 at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Shirley L. (Plaisted) Davis. Born in Cumberland he was a son of the late Herman B. and Ethel M. (Wentworth) Davis. He lived in Pawtucket most of his life. Before retiring Tom was employed as a Truck Mechanic for Johnson Motor Lines for many years. He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army and a member of the Fierlit-Korzen A.L. Post 79 of Central Falls. Besides his wife he leaves his loving children two daughters Gina Pacheco, Kathy Mc Knight, both of Pawtucket, two sons Thomas A. Davis Jr. of Cumberland and Robert Schultz of Orleans, MA, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Diana D. Preston. A funeral with Military Honors was held Tuesday October 13, 2015 at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI. Arrangements by Karol A. Romenski & Sons Funeral Home.
